In accordance with the FVMA Constitution and Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Fraser Valley Malayalee Association (FVMA) will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at AEP - Legacy Sports Centre Conference Room (32470 Haida Drive, Abbotsford).

All registered FVMA members in good standing are invited to attend.

2. Approval of Agenda

3. Approval of Minutes of the Previous AGM (2024)

4. Presentation of the Annual Report – Secretary

5. Presentation of FVMA Website

6. Presentation of the Financial Report – Treasurer

7. Election of the 2026 Executive Committee (if applicable)

8. Special Business: Adoption of FVMA Operations Procedure

   1. The Board of Directors will present a Special Resolution seeking member approval to formally adopt the FVMA Operations Procedure — a comprehensive document outlining standardized governance, communication, and operational protocols for the Association.

   2. This document is intended to enhance consistency, transparency, and efficiency in FVMA’s day-to-day operations and management.

   3. Members are encouraged to review the proposed document in advance and propose any amendments within 30 days of the notice. For information, see your AGM package in email or contact secretary@fvmabc.org.
