Fraser Valley Malayalee Association (FVMA) successfully conducted its annual Blood Donation Drive 2025 on April 3, 2025, at 32860 Cherry Avenue, Mission, BC. In partnership with Canadian Blood Services, this initiative reflects FVMA’s ongoing commitment to community service and humanitarian causes.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from FVMA members, with all 12 available donation spots filled well in advance. Each donor’s contribution reflected the association’s shared spirit of compassion and solidarity — a hallmark of the Malayalee community in the Fraser Valley.
The drive was coordinated by FVMA President Linto Luka, whose leadership ensured the event’s smooth execution. Canadian Blood Services representatives commended FVMA for its consistent partnership and dedication to supporting Canada’s life-saving blood donation program.
Since its inception in 2022, the FVMA Blood Donation Drive has grown into a meaningful annual tradition — one that not only saves lives but also strengthens community bonds through collective action and care.
